Job Description:

 

Revolution Flight School is searching for an experienced Flight Instructor that must meet the prescribed requirements under 14 CFR 141.35 for Part 61 interested in working as the Chief Flight Instructor. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a flight school environment, providing quality training and supervision over flight instructors and the school itself. We are a part 61 flight school that is focused on training students the right way with safety as a top priority. The Chief Flight Instructor will have flexible hours based on their schedules and job responsibilities. Must have flexible working hours.

​Summary of Essential Duties

• Promotes and instills the safety culture of Revolution Flight School by adhering to all company and FAA prescribed policies and procedures, bringing any safety-related issues to the attention of the Maintenance Directors, and working to instill a culture of safety in all Instructors, Students and Renters.

• Conducts instruction in accordance with all Revolution Flight School and FAA practices, procedures, and guidance. Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts operation.

• Provide excellent customer service and oversight to Instructors, students, and visitors.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.

• Must be able to walk and/or climb stairs into airplane cockpit

• Must be able to distinguish colors
